CrizMark LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as CrizMarkCREDIT ("CrizMark," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website crizmarkcredit.com (the "Site") and the CrizMarkCREDIT mobile application (the "App"), and provides credit repair, tradeline resale, credit monitoring enrollment (through MyFreeScoreNow), LLC formation document preparation, commercial credit building, auto purchase advisory, insurance referral, and accident-related educational services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, where it comes from, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. It also serves as our privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (see Section 6). It applies to the Site, the App, and our communications with you.

MyFreeScoreNow and Tradeline Supply Company, LLC handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies; we describe below exactly what we send them and what we keep.

1Summary

  • We collect the information you give us to provide the Services you request, plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the Site and App.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
  • Your full Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN is never stored in our database. It is sent to MyFreeScoreNow only when you enroll in credit monitoring. For dispute letters we may store only the last four digits and your date of birth.
  • We do not store payment card numbers. Card payments for credit monitoring are processed and billed by MyFreeScoreNow. Payments for our own services are made by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle.
  • We obtain your credit reports only with your written authorization, through MyFreeScoreNow. We are not a credit bureau and we do not report information about you to credit bureaus.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, including by requesting account deletion inside the App.

2Information We Collect

2.1Information You Give Us

What we collect depends on what you do:

  • Website forms (contact, tradeline reservation, insurance referral, accident help): name, email address, phone number, state of residence, your message, and form-specific details — the tradeline you selected; for insurance referrals, an age range (not your date of birth), the product you are interested in and the best time to call; for accident help, the accident date and your question — plus your consent to be contacted where the form asks for it.
  • App account and profile: name, email address, phone number, mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP), preferred language, whether you identify with an SSN or an ITIN (the type only, never the number), and your login credentials (managed by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text).
  • Credit repair: the information in your written service agreement and your acceptance of the federal and Florida disclosures (with the date, time, IP address and device/browser type, kept as evidence of delivery), the items you ask us to dispute, and the information needed to prepare dispute letters — your name, address, and, where we include them, your date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN or ITIN.
  • Credit monitoring enrollment: see Section 13. Your full SSN/ITIN, your MyFreeScoreNow password and your card details pass through our servers to MyFreeScoreNow and are not stored.
  • Tradeline orders: the tradeline you choose, your contact details, and the identity information and documents that Tradeline Supply Company, LLC and the card issuer require to add you as an authorized user (for example, a government-issued photo ID and your Social Security card).
  • Documents you upload in the App (PDF files such as an ID, proof of address, or a credit report) and, when you pay us by ACH or Zelle, the payment details you report (date, amount, method) and the receipt or screenshot you choose to upload as proof of payment. A screenshot may show information such as a partial account number; please crop anything you do not want to share.
  • Communications: messages you send through the App chat, appointment requests, name-change and account-deletion requests, emails, and messages you send us on WhatsApp.

2.2Information From Third Parties

  • MyFreeScoreNow: if you enroll in credit monitoring, the result of the identity verification, the status of your membership, and — with your written authorization — your credit reports and scores from the nationwide credit bureaus (see Section 13).
  • Tradeline Supply Company, LLC: the status of your tradeline order (for example, whether it has posted). The tradeline catalog we display comes from Tradeline Supply Company and contains no information about you.
  • Independent licensed insurance agent: whether a referral you requested was completed.

2.3Information Collected Automatically

  • Server and security data: IP address, browser or device type (user agent), date and time of requests, and pages or endpoints requested. We use it to operate the Services, prevent abuse (rate limiting), investigate problems, and keep an audit trail of sensitive actions.
  • Bot protection: our public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates signals from your browser to tell people from automated abuse.
  • Site analytics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and page performance in aggregate. They do not use cookies and we do not use them to identify you.
  • App: the App does not include advertising or analytics software and does not collect an advertising identifier. If you turn on Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint lock, that check happens on your device; we never receive your biometric data.

3Social Security Numbers, Date of Birth and Payment Cards

  • Full SSN or ITIN: collected only in the App when you enroll in credit monitoring, because MyFreeScoreNow requires it to verify your identity with the credit bureaus. It travels from the App to our server and from our server to MyFreeScoreNow in the same request, and is then discarded. It is never written to our database, file storage, logs or analytics, and it is never shown back to you or to our staff.
  • Last four digits and date of birth: credit bureaus ask for identifying information in dispute letters. We may store the last four digits of your SSN or ITIN and your date of birth in your client record for that purpose only, and include them in the dispute letters we prepare for you.
  • Documents: if you upload a document that shows your full SSN (for example, a Social Security card required for a tradeline order), that file is kept in our access-restricted, encrypted file storage and used only for the purpose you provided it.
  • Payment cards: we do not accept card payments for our own services. For credit monitoring, the card number, expiration date, security code and billing ZIP code you enter are transmitted through our server directly to MyFreeScoreNow, which processes and bills the charge. We do not store them anywhere.

4How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the Services you request: respond to inquiries, open and manage your case, prepare and send dispute letters, review your credit reports to identify items to dispute and to confirm results, place tradeline orders, coordinate insurance referrals you consent to, schedule appointments, and communicate with you in the App and by email.
  • To bill you as your service agreement allows, record your payments, and send receipts.
  • To verify your identity, secure your account, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with the law — including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§ 817.7001–817.706), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) — to keep required records, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To maintain and improve the Site and App using aggregated, non-identifying measurements.
  • To tell you about our own services. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time (Section 11); we will still send messages about your account and case.

We do not use your credit reports or financial information for advertising, and we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5How We Share Your Information

5.1Service Providers

These companies process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

  • Supabase, Inc. — database, account authentication and encrypted file storage.
  • Vercel, Inc. — hosting of the Site and of the servers the App connects to; cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the emails we send, including notifications to our team about your requests.
  • Upstash, Inc. — rate limiting to prevent abuse (processes IP addresses and account identifiers temporarily).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile bot protection on public forms.
  • Lob.com, Inc. (when used) — printing and mailing of dispute letters by certified mail on your behalf; the letter it prints contains the information in that letter.

The fonts on the Site are served from our own servers; your browser does not contact a font provider when you visit.

5.2At Your Direction

We share information with the following parties because you asked us to, to complete the transaction or service you requested:

  • MyFreeScoreNow, if you enroll in credit monitoring (Section 13).
  • Tradeline Supply Company, LLC and, through it, the card issuer and account holder, if you buy a tradeline — the information needed to add you as an authorized user.
  • The credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), when we send dispute letters on your behalf — your name, address, the identifying information in the letter, and the accounts or inquiries being disputed.
  • An independent licensed insurance agent, only if you check the consent box on our insurance referral form. We do not receive any compensation for that referral.

Accident help inquiries are not shared with attorneys, medical providers or anyone else; we use them only to reply to you.

5.3Legal Reasons and Business Transfers

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena or court order; to regulators who supervise us; to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, CrizMark or others; or to prevent fraud. If CrizMark LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5.4What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not share your information with other companies for their own marketing, and we have no joint-marketing arrangements.
  • We do not use advertising pixels or share your activity for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

5.5Links and Messaging Apps

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own terms and privacy policy. The App is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play, which handle your download under their own policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are their own.

6Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Privacy Notice

Because we provide financial services to consumers, we provide this notice about the nonpublic personal information we collect (such as your contact details, identifying information, account and payment history with us, and information from your credit reports).

  • We share it for our everyday business purposes — to process your transactions, maintain your account and case, and respond to court orders and legal investigations: YES.
  • We share it with service providers that perform services for us, under contracts that limit their use of it: YES (Section 5.1).
  • We share it with others to complete a transaction or service you requested or authorized: YES (Section 5.2).
  • We share it for joint marketing with other financial companies: NO.
  • We share it with affiliates for their everyday business purposes or to market to you: NO — we have no affiliates with whom we share it.
  • We share it with nonaffiliated companies so they can market to you: NO.

All of our sharing falls within the exceptions the law allows without an opt-out (service providers, processing transactions you request or authorize, and legal compliance). Because we do not share your information with nonaffiliated third parties outside those exceptions, there is no sharing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and give you the right to opt out before any such sharing begins. These practices also apply to former clients.

7Credit Reports, the FCRA and Credit Repair

  • We obtain your consumer report only through MyFreeScoreNow and only after you give your written instructions and consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The authorization you accept is published at crizmarkcredit.com/en/legal/credit-monitoring-consent.
  • We use your credit reports only to provide the Services you hired us for: to show them to you, to identify items you ask us to dispute, and to confirm results. We do not use them to make credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions about you.
  • CrizMark LLC is not a consumer reporting agency (credit bureau) and does not furnish information about you to the credit bureaus.
  • Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act and Florida law, we keep your written service agreement and the disclosures delivered to you. We dispute only information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable.

8Cookies and Similar Technologies

The public Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads or TikTok Pixel), and our analytics do not use cookies. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary — for example, to keep our staff signed in to our internal systems — and Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser signals to protect our forms. The App keeps your sign-in session in your device's secure storage. If we ever add advertising technology, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

9Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Inquiries that do not become a client relationship: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Client records — service agreements, disclosure acceptances, dispute letters and results, invoices and payment records, and the credit report data used to confirm results: while your account is active and for up to seven (7) years after it closes, to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations and to resolve disputes.
  • Credit monitoring consent records: for as long as we keep the credit report data obtained under that consent, and at least as long as needed to prove the authorization.
  • App chat messages, appointment requests and uploaded documents: with your client record, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and we are not required to keep them.
  • Security and server logs: kept for short periods by our hosting and security providers, then deleted.

When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.

10Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest in our database and file storage.
  • Row-level security: when you use the App, you can read only your own records.
  • Role-based staff access, limited to personnel who need it to serve you, and an audit log of sensitive actions.
  • Data minimization: we do not store full SSNs/ITINs, card numbers or your MyFreeScoreNow password, and we scrub them from error messages and logs.
  • Bot protection and rate limiting on public forms and App endpoints.

No system is completely secure. If a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).

11Your Choices and Rights

11.1Requests Available to Everyone

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate. In the App you can update your contact details yourself; a change of legal name is requested from the App's profile screen.
  • Delete your information and account. In the App, go to Profile and request account deletion; you can also email us. We will delete your login and delete or anonymize your information, except records we must keep by law (for example, your service agreement, disclosure acceptances, invoices and dispute history), which we keep only for the period in Section 9.
  • Stop sending you promotional messages (use the unsubscribe link or tell us). Account and case messages will continue while you are a client.

To make a request, email info@crizmarkcredit.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line or use the App. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Credit monitoring is billed and managed by MyFreeScoreNow: cancelling it is done with MyFreeScoreNow (see Terms of Service, Section 15), and information held by MyFreeScoreNow is governed by its own privacy policy.

11.2State Privacy Laws

Several states have comprehensive consumer privacy laws that apply only to businesses above certain size or data-volume thresholds, and many of them exempt information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Based on our current size, CrizMark LLC does not meet the applicability thresholds of the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. ch. 501, part V) or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We nevertheless honor the requests described in Section 11.1 for all of our clients. If a state privacy law comes to apply to us, we will update this Policy and honor the rights it provides.

11.3Outside the United States

Our Services are intended for residents of the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.

12Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and credit monitoring enrollment requires you to be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

13Credit Monitoring Data (MyFreeScoreNow)

If you enroll in credit monitoring from the CrizMarkCREDIT App, your information is exchanged with MyFreeScoreNow, the third-party credit monitoring service that provides and bills the membership and supplies your credit reports and scores. This Section describes that exchange. It applies only if you enroll; enrolling is not required to use our other Services.

13.1What We Send to MyFreeScoreNow

To verify your identity and create your monitoring account, we transmit to MyFreeScoreNow the information you enter in the enrollment form:

  • Name, current address, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address
  • Your full Social Security Number or ITIN
  • The password you create for your MyFreeScoreNow account
  • On the payment page, your cardholder name, card number, expiration date, security code and billing ZIP code

MyFreeScoreNow may use your phone number and identity information to authenticate you, and may send a message/SMS to your mobile device to confirm your identity.

13.2What We Do Not Store

Your full Social Security Number or ITIN, your MyFreeScoreNow password and your payment card details pass through our server to MyFreeScoreNow in the same request and are then discarded. They are not written to our database, file storage, logs or analytics.

13.3What We Receive and Keep

With your written authorization and consent, we receive from MyFreeScoreNow your credit reports and scores from the nationwide credit bureaus, and we keep:

  • Your credit scores, report dates, and the accounts, inquiries, payment history, score factors and summaries contained in each report we retrieve
  • The status of your enrollment and membership and the email address used for your MyFreeScoreNow account
  • A record of the consent text you accepted, with the date and time, and the IP address and device/browser type used

We use this information to show you your reports and scores in the App and to provide the Services you hire us for, such as preparing credit disputes and confirming their results. It is visible to you and to authorized CrizMark staff working on your case. We do not sell it.

13.4MyFreeScoreNow's Own Practices

MyFreeScoreNow handles the information it receives under its own privacy policy and terms, available at myfreescorenow.com. Cancelling your monitoring membership stops new reports from being retrieved; reports already delivered to your CrizMark account are kept as described in Section 9 (Data Retention), and you may request their deletion as described in Section 11 (Your Choices and Rights).

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. If we make a material change, we will notify active clients by email or in the App, and post a notice on the Site, before the change takes effect.
