This policy explains when CrizMark LLC refunds a payment for the Credit Repair Service. It summarizes your Terms of Service (Sections 6.3 and 7) and your service agreement; if anything here differs from them, the agreement and the Terms control.
1When we charge
We charge a membership fee only after a dispute round you reviewed and approved in the app has been accepted for mailing by our mailing provider. Before that we only ask your bank for a temporary authorization, which is released right away if the round is not accepted. We never charge before the service for that cycle has been performed, never during your cancellation period, and months in which no round is mailed are not charged.
2Full refund if a round is not mailed
A round is charged only if every one of its letters is accepted for mailing. If any letter is not accepted, nothing is charged for that round. If, after the charge, the letters of a round are cancelled before they are printed (for example because you cancel), we refund that fee in full to the payment method you used.
3Five-day cancellation right
You may cancel your credit repair service agreement without penalty or obligation within five (5) days after signing it (the Florida period; never less than the federal three-business-day right). Any payment you made under the agreement is returned within ten (10) days after we receive your cancellation notice.
4Cancelling later
After that period you may end your membership at any time in the app (Profile → My membership → "Cancel membership") or by written notice. We then stop all future work: no new letters or rounds are sent. If a round was already accepted by our mailing provider and its letters have not been printed yet, we cancel them and refund its fee in full. If its letters were already printed or mailed, that round is completed and its fee stands. You owe nothing else.
5How to request a refund
Email support@crizmarkcredit.com (subject line: "Refund request" or "5-Day Cancellation"), use the app (Profile → My contract during the cancellation period, or Profile → My membership afterwards), or send written notice to our business address. We confirm receipt by email and process approved refunds within ten (10) days, to the same payment method.

6What is not refunded
Fees for rounds whose letters were already printed or mailed; the price of an extra letter once it has been printed and mailed; and the credit monitoring subscription, which is billed by MyFreeScoreNow under its own terms and is not refunded by CrizMark LLC. Nothing in this section limits any refund the law requires.
