1Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the website crizmarkcredit.com (the "Site"), the CrizMarkCREDIT mobile application (the "App"), and the services provided by CrizMark LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as CrizMarkCREDIT ("CrizMark," "we," "us," or "our").
You ("you" or "User") accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference) only by an affirmative step: checking the box and tapping "I agree and continue" when you create or first sign in to your account in the App, checking the acceptance box on a Site form that starts a service with us (such as a tradeline reservation or a credit repair enrollment), or signing a service agreement that includes them. We keep a record of that acceptance: the version you accepted, the date and time, the language, and the device or browser used.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use our Services. Browsing the public pages of the Site does not by itself make you agree to these Terms.

5Service-Specific Terms
5.1Credit Repair Service
- Compliance: We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.) and Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§ 817.7001–817.706).
- Written Agreement and Mandatory Notice: Before you sign, you receive the federal "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" notice. No work begins and no fee is charged until you have signed a written service agreement.
- Cancellation Right: You may cancel without penalty or obligation within five (5) days after signing the service agreement (the Florida period; never less than the federal 3-business-day right).
- No Performance Guarantees: We make no promises that any specific item will be removed or that your credit score will increase. Results vary. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot lawfully be removed.
- What We Dispute: Only items you tell us you believe are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. We prepare dispute letters on your behalf and send them by certified mail to the credit bureaus and, when applicable, to creditors or collectors, either directly or through a print-and-mail provider.
- Fees and billing: see Sections 6.2 and 6.3.
5.2LLC Formation Service
- NOT LEGAL ADVICE: We prepare documents based on information you provide. We do NOT provide legal advice, attorney services, or tax advice.
- Package Pricing: Básico $299, Premium $599, Combo $999 (includes Commercial Credit Building).
- Filing Fees: State filing fees (Florida Sunbiz: $125) are separate and paid directly to the state.
- Timeline: Typical filing turnaround is 7-14 business days, but we cannot guarantee state processing times.
5.3Commercial Credit Building
- 12-month structured program: $499 setup + $79.99/month
- Prerequisite: Active LLC or Corp
- Scope of Business Setup services. CrizMark helps you set up and document your business: preparing business documents, forming or registering your entity, building your business website, obtaining a D-U-N-S® Number (which Dun & Bradstreet also provides free of charge), and registering your business's identifying information with business credit reporting companies. We do not obtain credit for you, apply to any lender or vendor for you, recommend specific lenders, vendors, credit cards or loans, or charge any fee for helping you obtain credit. We do not review, dispute or try to improve your personal credit in this service. Business credit reporting companies and lenders make their own decisions; we do not guarantee that your business will receive any credit. These services are for your business, not for personal, family or household credit.
- The setup fee pays only for the business setup work listed above. The monthly fee pays only for business credit profile monitoring and reports already delivered for that month; it never pays for advice or help to obtain credit.
- Outcomes Vary: we cannot guarantee any business credit score or that your business will receive any credit.
5.4Tradeline Marketplace
- What You Buy: CrizMark resells authorized user ("AU") tradelines sourced from Tradeline Supply Company, LLC ("TSC"). You are added as an authorized user on an existing credit card account of an unrelated cardholder for a limited period (typically two billing cycles), after which you are removed. You will not receive a card, account number, or any access to or use of the account or its credit line, and you will not owe anything on it. Card issuers are not affiliated with CrizMark and do not endorse our Services.
- What a Tradeline Does and Does Not Do: An AU tradeline adds the account's history (age, limit, and payment history) to your credit reports while it reports. It does not remove or change negative items already on your reports. Its effect on any credit score depends on your entire credit profile and on the scoring model used; your score may rise, stay the same, or fall. We do not guarantee any score change or that you will be approved for credit.
- Reporting: A tradeline purchased before its listed purchase deadline is expected to post in its next listed reporting period to at least two of the three nationwide credit bureaus. Reporting dates are estimates set by the card issuer; we cannot guarantee a specific posting date. A tradeline will not post while you have a fraud alert or security freeze on your credit files, so you must lift them before purchase.
- Required Information: To add you as an authorized user, TSC and the card issuer require accurate identity information and documents (such as a government-issued photo ID and your Social Security card). You must provide truthful information; tradelines are generally not available with an ITIN.
- Non-Posting Refund: If your tradeline does not post to at least two of the three nationwide credit bureaus within its listed reporting period, you are entitled to a full refund of that tradeline. You must request it in writing within twenty-one (21) days after the first scheduled reporting date, with proof (such as access to your credit reports or credit monitoring), and we process approved refunds within ten (10) days. Other than this refund and your cancellation right below, tradeline purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a tradeline purchase for a full refund within five (5) business days after signing your tradeline agreement.
- Geographic Restriction: Tradelines are NOT available to Georgia residents.
- Your Agreement: Tradeline purchases are also governed by the Tradeline User Agreement you sign before purchase, including its description of the risks of AU tradelines. If it conflicts with this Section, the terms more favorable to you apply.
5.5Auto Advisor
- Consulting Only: We provide independent consultation. We do NOT sell vehicles, broker financing, or act as licensed motor vehicle dealers.
- Pricing: Quoted per case in writing before any work begins, based on the vehicle and the scope of the consultation. No payment is due until you accept the written quote; fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
5.6Insurance Referrals
- NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY: CrizMark is NOT an insurance company or licensed insurance agent. We do not sell insurance.
- Independent Licensed Agent: All insurance services are provided by an independent licensed insurance agent. CrizMark facilitates initial contact only.
- No Fees or Compensation: You do not pay CrizMark for Insurance Referral. CrizMark does not receive compensation, referral fees, commissions, or other payments for this lead transfer.
- No Pressure: The consultation is provided without obligation to purchase.
5.7Accident Help
- EDUCATIONAL ONLY: Accident Help is purely educational. We do NOT provide legal advice.
- NOT ATTORNEYS: We are not attorneys, paralegals, or licensed legal service providers.
- NO REFERRALS FOR COMPENSATION: We do NOT refer Users to specific attorneys, medical clinics, or other providers in exchange for monetary compensation.
- Independent Counsel Recommended: For legal representation, you must contact a licensed attorney on your own. Public resources include the Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service (1-800-342-8011).
6Fees and Payment
6.1Payment Processing
Fees for our own Services are invoiced by CrizMark and paid by bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle, using payment instructions we send you through an approved channel, or, where we offer it, by card or bank account through a third-party payment processor under a separate written authorization. We do not store full card or bank account numbers. Each payment is recorded in your account with its date, method, and confirmation, and you receive a receipt. Credit monitoring is billed separately by MyFreeScoreNow (Section 15).
Commercial Credit Building is billed monthly during the program, as shown in the app and your service agreement, until you cancel under Section 7.3.
6.2Membership
Credit repair services are provided as a monthly membership. The membership price is shown in the app and in your contract before you sign, and will not change during your membership without written notice and your acceptance. There is no setup fee and no per-item or per-result charge.
6.3When We Charge
The service for each billing cycle consists of preparing and mailing the dispute round you review and approve in the app. Before we send a round to our mailing provider we ask your bank to authorize the fee; that authorization is a temporary hold, not a charge, and it is released right away if the round is not accepted for mailing. We charge the payment method you saved only after that round has been accepted for mailing by our mailing provider. We do not charge or collect any amount before the service for that cycle has been performed. Cycles in which no round is mailed are not charged. You may cancel at any time; nothing is mailed or charged after you cancel.
6.4Unpaid Invoices
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after we remind you, we may pause work on your Service until it is paid, or terminate the Service. Fees already earned remain due.
6.5Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes on fees paid.
6.6Price Changes
We may modify fees with 30 days advance notice to active customers. Fees set in a signed service agreement do not change for the term of that agreement unless you agree in writing.
7Cancellation and Refunds
7.1Five-Day Cancellation (Credit Repair, per Fla. Stat. § 817.704)
You may cancel the Credit Repair Service without penalty within five (5) days after signing the service agreement (the Florida period; never less than the federal 3-business-day right). To exercise this right, send written notice to: support@crizmarkcredit.com, cancel from the App, or mail it to our business address.
7.2Three-Day Cancellation (Federal CROA)
The federal CROA provides a three-business-day cancellation right for credit repair services. Florida's five-day period is never shorter, so the later of the two controls.
7.3Subscription Cancellation
Commercial Credit Building subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds. The credit repair membership is cancelled as described in Section 6.3 and in your service agreement.
7.4No Refunds for Completed Services
Services already performed are non-refundable, except as required by law (e.g., FL 5-day right).
7.5Membership Fees
A membership fee charged under Section 6.3 pays for a dispute round already accepted for mailing and is non-refundable, except as required by law and except that a round none of whose letters is mailed is refunded in full. A round is charged only if every one of its letters is accepted for mailing; if any letter is not accepted, nothing is charged for that round.
7.6Tradelines
See Section 5.4 for tradeline-specific refund policy.
8User Conduct

- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Use Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes

10.1Services Provided "As Is"
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2No Guarantees
We make NO GUARANTEES regarding specific credit score increases, removal of any specific item from your credit report, approval of insurance applications, specific business credit outcomes, or outcomes of consultations or document filings. Results vary based on individual circumstances. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
10.3Not Legal or Financial Advice
Information on our Site and provided through our Services is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice.
10.4Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CRIZMARK LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or use; damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to CrizMark in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; damages arising from third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
The limitations and exclusions in this Section 10.4 do not apply to (a) any claim under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act, or any other law that does not permit such limitations or exclusions, including your right to recover actual damages (and at least the amount you paid), punitive damages, and attorneys' fees and costs under those laws; or (b) CrizMark's fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10.5Force Majeure
CrizMark is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, or pandemics.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrizMark LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Inaccurate information you provided
This Section 11 does not require you to pay CrizMark's attorneys' fees or costs in any Dispute you bring against CrizMark, and it does not apply to any claim you bring under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act.
12Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
12.1Agreement to Arbitrate
You and CrizMark LLC ("CrizMark") agree that any dispute, claim or controversy between you and CrizMark (each a "Dispute") will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except as provided in Section 12.6. This covers every Dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms, the Services, any Credit Repair Services Agreement or other agreement you sign with CrizMark, any advertising or communication about the services, or your relationship with CrizMark. It covers Disputes based on contract, tort, fraud, statute or regulation, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Florida Credit Service Organizations Act and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, or on any other legal or equitable theory. "Dispute" has the broadest meaning the law allows. It includes Disputes with CrizMark's owners, employees and agents that relate to the services. It includes Disputes that arose before you accepted this Section 12, except a Dispute that, on the date you accepted it, was already pending in a lawsuit or arbitration, including a putative class action. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and a court's review of an arbitration award is limited. But on an individual basis the arbitrator may award you the same damages and relief a court could award you, including actual, statutory and punitive damages, attorneys' fees and costs, and injunctive and declaratory relief. The arbitrator must follow these Terms as a court would.
12.2Informal Resolution First
Before starting an arbitration, the party with a Dispute must send the other a written Notice of Dispute. The Notice gives the sender's name and contact information, describes the Dispute, and states the relief requested. You may send your Notice by email to support@crizmarkcredit.com (subject "Notice of Dispute"), through the chat in the App, or by mail to CrizMark LLC at our business address (it is printed in your service agreement, and we will send it to you on request at support@crizmarkcredit.com). CrizMark will send its Notice to the email address on your account and in the App. For 45 days after the Notice is received, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the Dispute. Either party may ask for a telephone or video call. If you have a lawyer, your lawyer may take part. All statutes of limitations and filing deadlines are paused (tolled) during this 45-day period. If the Dispute is not resolved within 45 days, either party may start arbitration.
12.3Rules, Administrator and Location
The American Arbitration Association ("AAA") will administer the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (together, the "AAA Rules"). The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or at 1-800-778-7879, and CrizMark will send you a copy free of charge on request. If the AAA is unable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on another administrator, such as JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. If they cannot agree, a court will appoint one under 9 U.S.C. § 5. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the AAA Rules, these Terms will govern, except where the AAA Rules or the AAA Consumer Due Process Protocol give you greater protection. If your claim is for $25,000 or less, you may choose whether the arbitration is decided on documents alone, by telephone or video hearing, or by in-person hearing, as the AAA Rules allow. Any in-person hearing will take place in the county where you live, unless you and CrizMark agree otherwise.
12.4Fees and Costs
CrizMark will pay all AAA filing, administrative, case-management and hearing fees and all arbitrator compensation for any arbitration under this Section 12. That includes any filing fee the AAA Rules would otherwise require you to pay. If you have paid it, CrizMark will reimburse you within 30 days after you ask. Each party pays its own attorneys' fees and costs, except in two cases. (a) The arbitrator will award you your reasonable attorneys' fees and costs whenever applicable law would allow a court to do so, including 15 U.S.C. § 1679g(a)(3) and Fla. Stat. § 817.706. (b) CrizMark will not seek, and waives, recovery of its attorneys' fees and costs from you in any Dispute, even if CrizMark wins and even if a statute or another provision (including Section 11) would otherwise allow it. The only exception is where the arbitrator finds that your claim was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose, as measured by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b).
12.5Class Action Waiver
(a) Individual claims only. YOU AND CRIZMARK EACH AGREE TO BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER OF US MAY BRING A DISPUTE AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE OR PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL PROCEEDING.
Unless you and CrizMark both agree in writing after a Dispute arises, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking it, and only to the extent needed to provide the relief that party's individual claim warrants. Coordinated administration under Section 12.8 is allowed, as long as each claim is decided on its own facts and each claimant receives an individual decision.
(b) Your remedies are not reduced. This Section 12.5 limits only the procedure for bringing a Dispute. It does not limit the damages, penalties, attorneys' fees or other relief you may recover on your own individual claim under any law, including 15 U.S.C. § 1679g and Fla. Stat. § 817.706. Nothing in these Terms, including Section 10.4, limits that relief.
(c) Part of the arbitration agreement only. This Section 12.5 is an essential part of the agreement to arbitrate in this Section 12. It applies only to Disputes resolved in arbitration or in small claims court under Section 12.6(a). It is not a separate or stand-alone waiver of any right to bring or take part in a class action in court. If you opt out under Section 12.7, or if a Dispute is for any reason not arbitrated under this Section 12, this Section 12.5 does not apply to that Dispute.
(d) If this waiver is not enforced. A court may decide, after all appeals have been exhausted or the time to appeal has expired, that any part of this Section 12.5 is unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief. If so, that claim or request for relief (and only that one) will be severed from the arbitration and decided by a court under Section 13. The court case on the severed claim will be stayed until the individual arbitration of the remaining claims is complete, to the extent the law allows. In no event will any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding take place in arbitration.
(e) Public injunctive relief. A Dispute may seek public injunctive relief, meaning relief whose primary purpose and effect is to stop unlawful acts that threaten future injury to the general public. If a court decides that applicable law does not allow that relief to be waived or limited to individual arbitration, that request for relief will be decided by a court after the individual claims in arbitration are resolved, and the court case will be stayed until then.
12.6Exceptions
Sections 12.1–12.5 do not apply to the following.
(a) Small claims. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in the county where you live, or in Miami-Dade County, Florida, as long as the action stays in small claims court and proceeds only on an individual basis. If a party starts an arbitration that could have been brought in small claims court, the other party may choose small claims court before an arbitrator is appointed, as the AAA Rules allow.
(b) Intellectual property. Claims by either party for infringement or misappropriation of the other's patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.
(c) Government agencies. Nothing in this Section 12 stops you from filing a complaint with, or giving information to, any federal, state or local agency. That includes the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Florida Attorney General. Those agencies may seek relief for you where the law allows.
(d) Claims that the law does not allow to be arbitrated. Any Dispute that applicable federal law prohibits from being subject to a pre-dispute arbitration agreement.
12.7Your Right to Opt Out (30 Days)
You may reject this Section 12 by sending an opt-out notice within 30 days after the date you first accept these Terms or a Credit Repair Services Agreement that contains this arbitration agreement. If you were already a CrizMark client before this version took effect, you have 30 days from when you first accept this version. You can opt out in any of three ways: (1) in the App, at Profile → Legal → "Opt out of arbitration"; (2) by email to support@crizmarkcredit.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out", giving your name, the email and phone number on your account, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration; or (3) by mail to CrizMark LLC at our business address (it is printed in your service agreement, and we will send it to you on request at support@crizmarkcredit.com). You do not have to give a reason. CrizMark will confirm your opt-out in writing. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, your services or your price. An opt-out applies to every arbitration agreement between you and CrizMark, including the ones in CrizMark's Terms of Service and in any Credit Repair Services Agreement; if you have already opted out, you do not need to do it again. If you opt out, neither this Section 12 nor Section 12.5 applies to you, and Disputes will be resolved in court under Section 13.
12.8Mass Filings
A "Mass Filing" means 25 or more similar demands for arbitration filed against CrizMark by, or with the help of, the same or coordinated lawyers or organizations. In a Mass Filing, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and mass-arbitration fee schedule apply in addition to the Consumer Arbitration Rules. The process arbitrator appointed under those rules may decide the administrative matters those rules assign to it. Each claim will still be decided on its own facts by a merits arbitrator. Nothing in this Section 12.8 limits any claimant's right to a hearing, as provided in the AAA Rules, or to relief on his or her individual claim. For any claim in a Mass Filing that has not yet been administered, the statute of limitations is paused from the date the demand is filed until the claim is administered or closed.
12.9Who Decides
The arbitrator, not a court, decides all questions about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or scope of this Section 12, including whether a Dispute must be arbitrated. A court, not the arbitrator, decides: (a) whether an agreement to arbitrate was formed and whether you opted out on time; and (b) any question about the validity, enforceability or effect of Section 12.5, including Sections 12.5(d) and 12.5(e).
12.10Governing Law of This Section; the Award
This Section 12 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, because these Terms involve interstate commerce. Where the FAA does not apply, the Revised Florida Arbitration Code (Fla. Stat. ch. 682) applies. The arbitrator will apply the same substantive law and statutes of limitations a court would apply. Nothing in these Terms shortens any limitations period; for example, CROA claims may be brought within five years (15 U.S.C. § 1679i). The arbitrator will issue a written decision explaining the essential findings and conclusions. Any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the award.
12.11Changes to This Section
A change to this Section 12 applies to you only after CrizMark has given you at least 30 days' notice by email and in the App and you have accepted the change in the App. A change never applies to a Dispute that either party gave notice of before the change took effect. If you do not accept a change, the version you last accepted continues to apply to you.
12.12Your Rights Under CROA and Florida Law
The Consumer Credit File Rights notice required by 15 U.S.C. § 1679c tells you: "You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act." This Section 12 does not take away that right, or any other right or protection under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§ 817.7001–817.706). You keep every claim and every remedy those laws give you. Unless you opt out, you bring those claims in individual arbitration or small claims court instead of in a lawsuit before a judge or jury. If enforcing any provision of this Section 12 or these Terms would waive a right or protection that those laws say cannot be waived, that provision does not apply to that extent.
12.13Survival and Severability
This Section 12 survives the end of your relationship with CrizMark and the termination of these Terms. Except as stated in Sections 12.5(d) and 12.5(e), if any part of this Section 12 is found unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest will be enforced.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Federal laws governing credit repair (CROA), credit reporting (FCRA), debt collection (FDCPA), and privacy (GLBA) apply where relevant. Section 12 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (Section 12.10).
If a Dispute is decided in court under these Terms (for example, because you opted out of arbitration, a claim was severed under Section 12.5(d) or 12.5(e), or an exception in Section 12.6 applies), it will be brought in the state or federal courts for the county where you live or for Miami-Dade County, Florida. If you start the case, you choose which.
14Miscellaneous
14.1Modifications
We may update these Terms. We will tell active clients about a material change by email and in the App before it takes effect, and a material change applies to you only after you accept it in the App or through another step where you affirmatively agree. Changes to Section 12 also follow Section 12.11. If you do not accept a change, the version you last accepted continues to apply to you.
14.2Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
14.3No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
14.4Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any service-specific agreements (e.g., CROA Service Agreement) constitute the entire agreement between you and CrizMark. If a Credit Repair Services Agreement you sign conflicts with these Terms, that Agreement controls for the credit repair services.
14.5Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign without restriction.

15Credit Monitoring Through MyFreeScoreNow
Members may enroll, from inside the CrizMark app, in a credit monitoring membership provided by MyFreeScoreNow, a third-party credit monitoring service. Credit monitoring is separate from our credit repair services and is governed by this Section, by the Credit Monitoring Consent & Authorization at crizmarkcredit.com/en/legal/credit-monitoring-consent, and by MyFreeScoreNow's own terms and policies.
15.1Authentication and Identity Verification
Before your monitoring account is created, your identity is verified. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- Your phone number may be used for authentication.
- Your identity information may be used to confirm your identity.
- A message/SMS may be sent to your mobile device if you are eligible for enrollment or authentication.
These disclosures are also shown next to the verification button in the app, before you submit your information.
15.2FCRA Authorization and Consent to Share
Enrollment requires your written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing MyFreeScoreNow to obtain your credit information, and your consent for MyFreeScoreNow and CrizMark LLC to access your report. The full text you accept is shown in the app before you enroll and is published at crizmarkcredit.com/en/legal/credit-monitoring-consent. Accepting it is required only for credit monitoring, not for our other Services.
15.3Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
The monitoring membership is sold and billed by MyFreeScoreNow, not by CrizMark LLC. The price, the activation fee and trial period, and the renewal terms are shown on the payment page before you enter any payment information. Under the plan currently offered through the App, MyFreeScoreNow charges a $1.00 activation fee up front and, unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, automatically charges the monthly membership fee (currently $29.90) at the end of the trial and every month after that until you cancel. If the payment page shows different terms, the terms on the payment page apply.
You may cancel at any time through your MyFreeScoreNow account or by contacting MyFreeScoreNow customer support (contact details at myfreescorenow.com), or ask us in the App chat to help you do so. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date; cancelling before the trial ends avoids the monthly fee. Cancelling stops future charges. Payments, including the activation fee, are non-refundable, and there are no partial refunds for partially used months.
15.4Scores Shown in the App
Credit scores shown in the app are provided through MyFreeScoreNow and are displayed with the scoring model (VantageScore® 3.0), the credit bureau the data came from, and the date of the report. Lenders may use different scoring models, so the score a lender sees may differ from the score shown in the app.
15.5Information We Do Not Store
Your full Social Security Number or ITIN, your MyFreeScoreNow password, and your payment card details are transmitted to MyFreeScoreNow to complete enrollment and payment. CrizMark LLC does not store them. See Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
15.6What Monitoring Is and Is Not
Credit monitoring lets you see your credit reports and scores; it does not by itself change or improve your credit or your scores. MyFreeScoreNow provides the monitoring service. CrizMark LLC is not a credit bureau (consumer reporting agency), does not provide the monitoring service, and does not decide what the credit bureaus report. Enrolling in monitoring is optional and is not a condition of our credit repair or other Services.
